The main objective of the first level is to introduce the tasting technique. In the 15 lessons we will talk about viticulture and learn about winemaking through the basics of oenology. An integral part of the program will be the theme relating to the different functions of the Sommelier, from the style of service, to the organization of the cellar, from the correct use of glasses, to respect for the bottle and its precious contents.
